Any ideas that might help a person tolerate the holidays?
I do whatever it takes to make sure my family enjoys the holidays. Only problem is........ I quite literally hate the whole holiday season. Always have. The only good thing about them is watching my children enjoy their presents, and the family enjoy the food. If it weren't for them, I'd go camping for the season, but that is not an option. Any ideas to make it easier to deal with?
Probably should have mentioned, no booze or drugs of any kind. I already live on cardiac meds.
Help a lonely person who feels as you do, help them tolerate the season. There are plenty of them.
